Some frequently asked questions that may assist you in your project.

What does it cost to hire you? 

Please review the pricing page for the majority of my fees.  Please keep in mind that there may be additional fees for printing, but all costs will be provided in my proposal.


What exactly will I receive?

This depends on your needs however, in terms of deliverables, this could be logo files, stationery, styleguides, social media and so on. You will also receive consultation, support & research on my behalf all through the project, and after too.


How long will the project take?

This really depends on the exact need of each project. A brand identity package generally takes about 1-3 weeks. This can be done quicker if necessary, but I generally recommend at least two weeks for most projects, to ensure that the research and creative output is the best it can be.


What does the process involve? 

The process is never the same, but in short my process typically flows like this:

Can we still work together if we live in a different state or country?

Yes, business is simply conducted via email, phone and video chat as needed. If you are in the area, then it would be great to meet.


Do you do all of the work?

Yes, I do all the work, which means when you hire me, you will work directly with me. I do not have any employees or sub contractors, unless specified.


How do you accept payment?

For most projects, I request a 50% down payment to schedule the work. I accept payments via check, credit card, paypal and wire transfer. The exact details and terms will be provided in my proposal. The final 50% will be paid on completion of the project, prior to releasing the final work.


When can we get started?

I only take on a few projects at a time to ensure that each client gets their deserved attention. Please contact me to check my availability, as this changes all the time.
